Fun & Networking At The Marbella Film Festival

If you want to be a successful actor, you need to treat your career as a business.

We always emphasise that honing your craft is one of the most important things. However, networking and getting familiar with the entire film industry can be just as valuable.

And what better way to do that than attending a film festival!

Over the past few years, a number of our students have been involved with the Marbella Film Festival - from PR and social media to working as a hostess and presenter.

This year was no different!

One of our students, Sarah Spendlove (who also happens to play the lead in the new thriller “4D” produced by Franky Lankester), had the opportunity to assist at the daily networking events as well as the prestigious award ceremony.

Franky Lankester himself was on stage, presenting an award for Best Actress: Estefi Villaespesa (a former student of our school).

We had a wonderful time, watching films, attending red carpet premieres, and meeting industry professionals from various parts of the world.

Last but not least, see what Sarah had to say about her experience:

We are happy to be able to provide opportunities for the up and coming talents. We know that being an actor is a truly rewarding and transformative experience.
